Lost & Found Policy
Lost items found at the park are handled in accordance with New York State law.
Items with an estimated value of $25 or more are held by the park for a period of time while we attempt to reunite them with their owner. If these items remain unclaimed, they are then turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) as required by law.
Items valued at less than $25 may be discarded or donated if they are not claimed within a reasonable timeframe.
We encourage guests to submit the Lost & Found inquiry below as soon as possible to help us locate and return misplaced items.
